The department offers facilities for diagnosis, pre-assessment, surgery, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, sports medicine and rehabilitation.  

What to Expect at your Appointment 

If you have been referred for a consultation or surgery at the Derby Royal Hospital Orthopaedic Department, you will need to know what to bring. As an outpatient, you will need to bring a list of any medications you are taking. If you are staying on the Day Case Ward, you will need to bring your medications, a dressing gown and nightwear.
